UPDATE TO CUSTOMS CIRCULAR NO: 05/2026

We have updated Circular No: 05/2026 [Implementation of the Association of Southeast

Asian Nations (ASEAN) Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Mutual Recognition Arrangement

(MRA)] to include the latest development regarding the ASEAN AEO MRA (AAMRA):

a) The implementation of AAMRA by Viet Nam on 30 Jun 2026; and

b) The ‘Processing Codes’ to be declared in TradeNet import/export permit

declarations for Viet Nam.
