NOTIFICATION
S,R.O 889 (l)/2026r In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section l0 and
section 78 of the customs Act, 1969 (IV of I 969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to
declare additional area rneasuring 59,371square meter from the reclaimed area, adjoining the
boundaries of the Pakistan Deep Water Container Port (South Asia Pakistan Terminal), to be a
Custom area ofthe terminal lor storage of empty containers and to specifo the fbllowing to be
the limits of the aforesaid custom area namely:-
L to the North: Shahid Ansari Road, Oil area-KPT (155 meter)
- to the South: South Asia Pakistan Terminal (Wall 169 meter)
- to the East: Bounded by Sea & Fence (41 7 meter)
- to the West: South Asia Pakistan Terminal (Wall 377 meter)
- This permission shall be strictly valid within the period of validity oflease of this land in
the name of Pakistan Deep Water Container Port (South Asia Pakistan Terminal).
