3 For the list of product codes to be used in your TradeNet declarations for the
species, please refer to the table in Annex A or visit the NParks website and GoBusiness
website for the seafood codes.
4 If your company has existing stocks of the species or related parts and products to
declare, please submit the declaration form to NParks by 31 December 2025. This is to
facilitate the issuance of CITES Certificate of Origin if your company plans to re-export the
pre-Convention stocks after 7 January 2026. If we do not receive your declaration of
existing stock, any application for CITES Certificate of Origin to re-export your shipment
may be rejected or delayed.
