NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 44 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the regulatory duty @ 5% ad valorum on import of
Emamectin Benzoate under PCT heading 3808.1060 shall be levied with immediate
effect.
