NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 808 (I)/2009. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is
pleased to levy regulatory duty at the rate of twenty- five percent advalorem on the import
of ware potato, falling under the PCT Code 0701.9000 of the First Schedule to the said
Act.
- This notification shall take effect from the 21st day of September, 2009.
