S.R.O. le / 1)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (c) of section

9 and clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board

of Revenue is pleased to declare M/s. NLC Border Terminal, Taftan, measuring 55 acres land, to

be a customs-port for the purpose of loading, unloading and clearance of goods or any class of

goods imported or to be exported and which customs-port is surrounded to the—

north, by open area till mountain ridges (02 Kms Approx);
