NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

S.R.0.157(1)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to

direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No, S.R.O.

840(1)/2021, dated the 30th June, 2021, namely: -

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), -

after S. No. 136 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4),

the following new serial number and the corresponding entries relating

thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), shall be inserted, namely: -

"136A 2836.2000 Disodium carbonate 20";

(upto the 30th June,2022)

S.No.146 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall

be omitted;

(Hi) after S. No. 204 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4),

the following new serial numbers and the corresponding entries relating

thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), shall be inserted, namely: -

"204A 5402.4800 Other, of polypropylene 10

204B 5402.5300 Of polypropylene 10

204C 5402.6300 Of polypropylene 10

2040 5404.1200 Other, of polypropylene 10";

(iv) after S. No. 207 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4),

the following new serial numbers and the corresponding entries relating

thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), shall be inserted, namely: -

"207A 5503.4000 Of polypropylene 10

207B 5506.4000 Of polypropylene 10";

after S. No. 543 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4),

the following new serial number and the corresponding entries relating

thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), shall be inserted, namely: -

Electrical vehicles (EVs) in 10";

"543A 8703.8090

CBU condition of more than 50

KWH battery pack excluding

commercial buses and trucks

(upto the 30th June, 2022)

against each of S.Nos.496, 497, 498, 499, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504, 511,

512, and 513, in column (4), for the figure "15", the figure "50", shall be

substituted upto the 30th June, 2022; and

against each of S. Nos. 525, 530, 536 and 541, in column (4) for the figure

"15", the figure "50", shall be substituted upto the 30th June, 2022.
